HomeMy WebLinkAbout850739.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1005 - KENNETH PIERCE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 17th day of April , 1985 , considered the request of Kenneth Pierce for a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure , and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Part of the S1, Section 5 , Township 8 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. Legal Description of Parcel: SI.; of Section 5, T8N, R61W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado Location: 6 miles northeast of Briggsdale; west of Weld County Road 89 and north of Weld County Road 94 The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan. X Be compatible with the surrounding area. X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood. X Adversely affect the immediate area. X Adversely affect the general health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County. COMMENTS: This case is a result of violation number 609:85:57--mobile home without the proper permits. The Department of Planning Services has not received any obiections to this proposal. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following: 1.
