RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JIM PARK TO THE EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Extension Advisory
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Park be appointed
to said Advisory Council, with his term to expire November 1,
1990, to fill the unexpired term of Mike Flesher, and
WHREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to appoint Jim Park to
the Extension Advisory Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jim Park be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Extension Advisory Council, with his
term to expire November 1 , 1990.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
September, A.D. , 1989 .
