RE : APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED DENTAL EQUIPMENT BY SHERIFF 'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Sheriff ' s Office has budgeted 1987
funds to purchase dental equipment for the Sheriff' s Office , and
WHEREAS , pursuant to the Weld County Administrative Manual ,
all used equipment must be purchased by Resolution, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Sheriff has recommended the purchase
of used dental equipment from Healthco International , Inc. at a
cost of $7 ,076 . 00 as listed on Exhibit A, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, does hereby authorize the
purchase of used dental equipment from Healthco International ,
Inc. at a cost of $7 ,076 . 00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
September, A.D. , 1987 .
