RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE FUNDING APPLICATIONS FOR WELD COUNTY BRIDGES 25/62A,
6/23B and 54/27A AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised by the Weld County
Engineer that Weld County Bridges 25/62A, 6/23B and 54/27A have
substained significant deterioration and must be replaced, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to submit Funding Applications for the above stated bridges to
Colorado Counties, Inc. , copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that submittal of Funding
Applications for the replacement of Weld County Bridges 25/62A,
6/23B and 54/27A be, and hereby are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Funding Applications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
August,
