RE: APPROVE QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR 1988 CDBG HOUSING
REHABILITATION PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quarterly
Performance Report for the 1988 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Quarterly Performance Report, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quarterly
Performance Report for the 1988 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation
Program be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of
July, A.D. , 1989.

1 . What has been undertaken and/or completed during the reporting
period? How does this progress relate to "milestones" contained in
the approved project schedule?
As of June 30th, eight projects are completed, nine projects are
under contract, and two projects are out to bid, for a total of
nineteen projects. We are on schedule as related to the milestones
in the project schedule.

2. What will be undertaken and/or completed during the next reporting
period? How does this projected progress relate to tie"milestones"
contained in the approved project schedule?
We expect to complete the eleven outstanding projects in this
next quarter. This will place us on schedule for a target
completion date of 31 August 1989.
3. Have any complaints been received or have problems or issues '
developed related to financial management, environmental review,
civil .rights, labor standards, displacement/acquisition/relocation or
other matters? If so, how have these been or how will these be
resolved?
No complaints have been received.

4. What, if any, additional technical assistance is needed to
successfully complete the project?
We appreciate information on rehabilitation-related workshops
for staff training.

Housing Rehab Program, reflecting the quarter of 1 April 1989 through
