NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION
IN RE THE ORGANIZATION OF BEEBE DRAW FARMS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed with
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, a Petition for
Organization of the proposed Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan
District, which Petition prays for the organization of a
metropolitan district. Notice is further given that a Service
Plan and a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado approving said Service Plan were also filed
with the Court in this matter as required by law. The Service
Plan and related documents are now on file in the office of the
Clerk of the District Court of Weld County, Colorado and are
available for public inspection.
The purposes of the proposed District are generally to
provide water services, park and recreation facilities and
services, street improvements, drainage, safety protection, and
at a later date, television transmission and relay, transporta-
tion and mosquito control, as defined by statute and in
accordance with the Service Plan, within the jurisdictional
boundaries of the District.
The proposed District is located entirely within Weld
County, Colorado and is described as follows:
(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference. )
In accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 32-1-
305 (3) , C.R. S. , as amended, the owner of any real property
within the proposed Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District may
file a Petition with the District Court in and for Weld County
stating reasons why such property should not be included within
the proposed District and requesting that such property be
excluded therefrom. Such Petition shall be duly verified,
shall describe the property sought to be excluded, and shall
be filed anytime after the filing of the Petition for the
organization of the proposed District but no later than ten (10)
days before the day hereinafter specified for the hearing thereon
before the District Court.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN by order of the District Court of
Weld County, Colorado that a public hearing on the Petition for
Organization will be held at the hour of 130 o'clock 9 .m.
on the 2_a day of Jo , 1986, before the Weld
County District Court locate at 9th Avenue and 9th Street,
Greeley, Colorado. At said earing any interested party may
appear and be heard within the limitations provided by law.
