Projected traffic on S.H. 60 indicates the need for a 150-foot total right of way, 75 feet each side of the highway centerline. Additional width to meet the projected need should be protected by reservation or, preferably, dedication, as permitted by County regulations. 2. This property has existing access to S.H. 60. Based on the projected traffic associated with a commercial greenhouse as proposed, no access improvements would be required. Thank you for the opportunity to review this application.
