Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
By this letter, Joshua Cablevision, Inc . , a Colorado
corporation does hereby notify Weld County, Colorado that
Satellite Communications Cable Television, Inc . has this date
assigned and transferred to Joshua Cablevision, Inc. all of the
rights and interest of Satellite Communications Cable
Television, Inc. under Ordinance No . 94 of Weld County
Ordinances, granting the right to construct, own, operate and
maintain a cable television system in Weld County. Joshua
Cablevision, Inc. does hereby accept all of the terms of said
ordinance and agrees to perform all of the obligations
thereunder .
We at Joshua Cablevision, Inc . look forward to providing
excellent cable television service to the Weld County, and
