Ex 41.b i t i9• WORK SESSION MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 15, 1984 Norm Carlson, Gene Brantner, John Martin, Chuck Carlson, Jackie Johnson DOERINGSFELD - SPECIAL USE PERMIT _ Bruce Barker, Rod Allison & Mike Miller Mr. Miller advised the Board that he had some concerns pertaining to the operation standards for the mine reclamation on the Doeringsfeld Special Use Permit. He stated that the paving of the access road and the 6' chain length fence around the property were not applicable. Both Rod and Bruce strongly emphasized to Mr. Miller the need to follow the procedures set, no matter how insignificant. After a lengthy discussion by the Board and Staff regarding procedures, it was agreed that Mr. Miller would be allowed an extension of 30 days to resubmit a new application to amend the operation standards. Mr. Miller was advised that failure to submit the application would be a violation. The planning department will keep the Board advised.
