Dear Commissioner Johnson:
This letter is to inform you that Greeley Poultry, Inc. , of which I
own a 53% interest sells poultry and eggs to North Colorado Medical
Center. This is not done on a bid basis, but on a regular open market
sale to the Hospital. We have supplied products to the Hospital for
the past 20-25 years. We will continue to sell to the Hospital,
unless, at some time in the future, it is felt there might be a
conflict of interest.
