RESOLUTION RE: PETITION ,TO VACATE
ABANDON AND CLOSE COUNTY ROAD:
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds of
lands adjoining the county public road known as Mont View Boulevard,
requesting that part of said road described below, be vacated, abandoned and closed,
has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and,
WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it
appeq{s that the necessities of the public no longer require a county road
as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered
that the part of Mont View Boulevard commencing at a point 62f Southwesterly
from the Northwest Corher of Block 750 Glenmere Park subdivision; Southwesterly
to the intersection with 20th Avenue,be and hereby is vacated, abandoned
and ordered closed.
The revolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sir:
I have prepared resolution to close that part of
Mont View Boulevard requested, a copy of which I enclose.
Also enclosed is a Right of Way 'deed to be signed
by you and Virgie L. Huntington for the North 60, across Lot 28,
Mont View Park where the road is now located.
When this instrument is properly executed and delivered
to this office, the resolution will be presented to the Board and I
believe will receive their favorable consideration.

we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us

which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
