Estate Transaction
Dear Commissioners:
I am herewith enclosing a copy of the Assignment of one
(1) share of water stock in the Rural Ditch Company along
with the original Warranty Deed for the above-referenced
transaction.
The Warranty Deed should be recorded by you. Also
enclosed is a copy of my letter to the Rural Ditch Company
requesting that a new Stock Certificate be issued to Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County for one (1) share of
the water stock in that company and that a new stock certifi-
cate be issued to Construction Leasing Investment Co. repre-
senting one (1) Share of water stock in Rural Ditch Company.
In accord with paragraph 12 of your Agreement with Con-
struction Leasing Investment Co. , I have enclosed an Easement
across the East 60 feet of the subject property for the benefit
of Construction Leasing Investment Co. If acceptable, please
have it approved at a duly convened meeting and forward a
, signed copy thereof to me for the records of Construction
Leasing Investment Co.

On behalf of Construction Leasing Investment Co. , I am
herewith enclosing an Assignment of the ownership interest in
one (1) share of corporate water stock of Rural Ditch Company
to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County. Review

of your records will show Construction Leasing Investment Co.
owns two (2) shares of water stock in Your Ditch Company.
Therefore, the new stock certificate representing one (1)
share should be issued to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County and a new stock certificate representing one
( 1) share should be issued to the Construction Leasing Invest-
ment Co.
Please advise as to the charges , if any , for transferring
the ownership of the two shares as indicated above and issu-
ing two (2) new stock certificates as requested.
