RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1086 - MARVIN R. WEBER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 16th day of October, 1985 , considered the request
of Marvin R. Weber for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
N NWa, Section 17 , Township 7 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted conditional
upon the applicant satisfying the concerns of the Weld County
Health Department regarding the existing septic system which
serves the mobile home within 30 days from the date of approval by
the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Marvin
R. Weber for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land , which
was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
hereinabove listed condition.

Location: Approximately 3.5 miles west of Ault; south of State Highway 14
and west of Weld County Road 29
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

Comprehensive Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage
disposal facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety
and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and
the County.
COMMENTS:
The mobile home is occupied by Mr. Weber's tenants and is the only residence
on the property.
The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this
proposal .
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
Within 30 days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners, the applicant shall satisfy the concerns of the County Health
Department regarding the existing septic system which serves the mobile
home.
