WEBER WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 16th day of October, 1985 , considered the request of Marvin R. Weber for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: N NWa, Section 17 , Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted conditional upon the applicant satisfying the concerns of the Weld County Health Department regarding the existing septic system which serves the mobile home within 30 days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Marvin R. COMMENTS: The mobile home is occupied by Mr. Weber's tenants and is the only residence on the property. The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this proposal .
