RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 473 - MR. BONNIE PLUMA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 13th day of March, 1985 , considered the request
of Mr. Bonnie Pluma for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 1 , N' of Lot 10 , Kersey Colony Subdivision
in Section 21 , Township 5 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to

Location: 1/2 mile east of Kersey; south of Weld County Road 541 and west
of Weld County Road 55.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
This case is a result of Violation 557:85:6. The mobile home is presently
being occupied by the applicant. The Department of Planning Services has
not received any objections to this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:

thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
