Home My WebLink About860486.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FOR WELD COUNTY COMPUTER CENTER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, accounts of Transamerican Title for $892. 17 and Centennial Mental Health for $2 , 864 . 16 which have been deemed uncollectible in accordance with guidelines adopted by Weld County have been submitted to the Accounting Department of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Accounting Department has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said uncollectible debts due and owing the Weld County Computer Center, in the amount of $3 ,756 . 33 , be cancelled. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned uncollectible accounts, in the amount of $3 ,756. 33 , be, and hereby are, approved for cancellation. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of May, A.D. , 1986 .
