RE: APPROVE TWO REVISED LEASE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN MODULAIRE
INDUSTRIES AND WELD COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two revised Lease Agreements with Modulaire
Industries have been presented to the Board of County
Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, Weld County Human Resources and School District RE-1
are co-lessees on said Lease Agreements, and
WHEREAS, the revised Lease Agreements concern the leasing of
two modular classrooms for Head Start, with the further terms and
conditions being as stated in said Agreements, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said revised
Lease Agreements, copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the revised Lease
Agreements with Modulaire Industries, with Weld County Human
Resources and School District RE-1 as co-lessees, be, and hereby
are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said revised Lease Agreements.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
August, A.D. , 1989 .

Resolution Concerning Lease Agreement
Subject
Enclosed are the revised lease agreements with Modulaire, Inc. ,
including Weld County Department of Human Resources and Schocl District
RE-1 as co-lessees.
The original agreement starting March of 1989, was between Human
Resources and Modulire for two modular buildings in Gilcrest used for
the Family Educational Network 's Preschool Project. The cost, was
$868.00 per month for the larger modular and $742.00 per month for the
smaller modular.
In reevaluating space requirements, RE-1 requested to use and pay for
the larger modular.
HRD will continue to use and pay for the smaller modular.
This new co-lease will make the situation both cost and space efficient
for both parties.
