TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
The purpose of this application is to correct a property line
error which was discovered by a recent survey.
An existing fence line is encroaching upon the NWT, Section 31,
Twn. 6N, Rg. 64W by approximately 30 ft. on the east side
of the property we now own, and to our knowledge this fence
has been established for 50 to 75 years.
• Also an existing steel building located on the Na Section 31,
Twn. 6 North, Range 64 West is encroaching onto the NW' of
Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 64 West by approximately
20 ft.
We wish to deed this property to the owners of the NE3a of Section
31, Twn. 6N, Rg. 64W rather than having to relocate the fence
or going through the process of a quiet title suit.
Please consider this application as it is to the best interests
of all parties involved.
