INSPECTOR'S REPORT
NAME: Phillips Petroleum
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Pt. NW; of Section 23, T2N, R63 W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
DATE: May 30, 1985 TIME: P.M.
CASE NUMBER: SUP-232:73:46
During my inspection of SUP-232, I observed that the plant is in the process
of being dismantled.
Most of the compressors are removed, there was only one remaining in the
compressor building.
The other equipment that is on skids, appears to be ready to be moved off
the premises.
The control building and an electric air compressor looks to be the only
equipment being used as far as gas processing. There were lights on in the
control building, but no one was there to answer any questions. The
evaporation pond and truck loading area is still maintained and is in
excellent condition.
After leaving the processing plant, I stopped and talked to Mrs. Zimbleman,
who is the property owner.
Mrs. Zimbleman stated that Phillips is still paying to lease the property
and started to slow down production four years ago and last year started to
remove some of the equipment.
I asked her if they do any production at all there now. She stated that
they have men at the plant and that they still run gas through the pipeline.
Mrs. Zimbleman also stated that they run one compressor to move the gas
through the line.
Mrs. Zimbleman stated she did not know what Phillips Petroleum had planned
for the future
