Dear Shawn:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your December 16,
letter. The staff has determined that the 12,500 gallon propane tank for
shop heat and fueling of company vehicles would not be considered a major
change to the approved Special Review permit. Building permits will need to
be obtained prior to the start of construction.
