RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE
HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF LUCKY STAR
CORPORATION, DBA LUCKY STAR BAR AND GRILL, FOR A TAVERN
LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, at a public meeting on the 22nd day of February, 1989 ,
heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make
the on-site inspection, and setting the hearing date concerning
the application of Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and
Grill, 33131 U.S Highway 85 , Lucerne, Colorado 80646-0052, for
Tavern Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described
area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said
application, to-wit:
All of Sections 7, 8 , 9, 16 , 17, 18, 19 , 20 ,
21 , 28 , 29 , and 30 in Township 6 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M. , and all of Sections
12, 13, 24 , and 25 in Township 6 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner
Gordon Lacy be designated to make the on-site inspection
concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to
consider said application shall be scheduled for April 5 , 1989 , at
the hour of 10 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
area be, and hereby is, declared to be the neighborhood to be
served concerning the application of Lucky Star Corporation, dba
Lucky Star Bar and Grill, for a Tavern Liquor License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Gordon
Lacy be, and hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection
concerning said application.

RE: SET HEARING - LUCKY STAR BAR AND GRILL
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date
concerning said application be, and hereby is, scheduled for April
5, 1989 , at the hour of 10 :00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
February, A.D. , 1989 .

Subject: Tavern Liquor T i cance
We have received an application for a Tavern Liquor License from
Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill.
We recommend the following:
That the hearing date be set for April 5 , 1989 , at 10 :00 a.m.
That the neighborhood to be served be Sections 7, 8, 9 , 16 ,
17, 18, 19, 20 , 21 , 28 , 29 and 30 in Township 6 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M. ; and Sections 12, 13 , 24 , and 25 in
Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
That a Commissioner be appointed to make an on-site
inspection of the premises.
