RESOLUTION RE: PETITION TO VACATE, •
ABANDON AND CLOSE COUNTY ROAD: ;, -
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds of the owners of
lands adjoining the county public road between Sections 1 and 12, Township 6 •
•Noith,,Range 64 'West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, requesting that said road
described. herein, be vacated, abandoned `and. closed, has been presented to The
Board of County Commissioners of Weld• Co'unty, Colorado, and; -
WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it appears that
the necessities of the public no longer require a county road between said sections
1 and 12, Township 6 North, Rang 64-West of the 6th Principal Meridian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that the road
between Sections 1 and 12, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, being one mile in lenght, be and hereby is vacated, abandoned and ordered
closed.
The resolution was, on motion duly nade and seconded, adopted by the
following vote: -

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
o longer
publifrequire a County wagon road`oie laid out as follows,to-wit: Commencing at
SW Cor Section 1, Township 6 North, Range i4 West, extending 1 mile east to
SE Corner Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 64 West being the County Road as now
in laid out between Sections 1 and 12, Township 6 North, Range 64 West, and petition
that said road be vacated, abandoned and closed.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width. to close, vacate &
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause XdbilaltIcinitzdraweawri County road as aE'Jt'*gibed, and
we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, is consideration of thesum of one dollgy tows
each—and severally—in hand paid by the said County of_ , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and-of the laying out and opening 4f said road, hereby agrees to giue the right of way_through..
our lands as shown by the pled accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage_by reason thgeof.
