appointment,and proceeded to view the road prayed for in saidpetition,as follows: We commenced at the starting P Y {.point ;tamed in said petition,and rim

meot,can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for,viz.: . This road to be granted Las
petitioned except for a portion three miles in length, the two miles between the southwest.corner of section
31 township 1 North Range 63 West, arai the northwest corner of section 31 township I North Range 63 West,which
was granted as Road 604 on October 10, 1914, and one mile from the southwest corner of section 19 township-1
North Range 63 West to the northwest corner of said section which was granted as Road 8.16 on Nay 7, 1926.
We have caused to-he surveyed and platted.and have herein embodied n plat of said road as viewed by ns.and whieis forms a part of this report as shown

The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,m well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public gond requires the laying out of the rood as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to he posted of opening of said read,,and notify.the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.
