RE: APPROVE SPRAYING RATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, directed staff to develop full cost recovery rates for
the spraying of weeds on private property, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Pest Inspector and Director of
Finance and Administration have developed the following rates:
Set up charge: $35/property (for traveling back and
forth from a property)
Hourly charges for:
Cibolo Swinglok Sprayer = $45/hour
1 Ton Sprayer = $35/hour
WHEREAS, upon review, the Board of County Commissioners
concurs with the above fee schedlue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby establishes the
above recommended fees as the fees for the Weld County Pest and
Weed Department ' s spraying of weeds on private property, effective
immediately.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
April , A.D. , 1989 .
