Dear Mr. Barry:
Thank you for your letter dated July 15. The Department of Planning
Services' staff has reviewed your request and has determined that the mobile
home used for an accessory office would not be considered a major change to
Special Review permit #617. Building permits and zoning permits; however,
would need to be obtained prior to locating the mobile home on the property.

Dear Mr. Keith SChr_cett ,
On Thursday July 1,4, 1988 I spoke with you about the
relocation of a mobile home that will be used to temporarily
increase _'ur office facilities at our headquarters located at
39560 WC:cYlAult Colorado. This mobile homes has been converted into
offices and it will not be used as a residence. This mobile
office is currently located in Loveland, Colorado. We plan to
move it as soon as we can get the necessary paper completed.
You wi1. 1 find enclosed a map with the location of the
mobile office marked . This area is good level ground with our
existing power pale close enough 'Foos easy electrical hook up.
Please contact me for any additional information you
might require and let me know if any additional permits are
required.
