RE: VACATION OF BRUNO AVE CONCERNING
ACTION OF THE BOARD AVENUE BETWEEN TATE AVENUE ANUDWELD NCOUNTY
ROAD 33
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a petition requesting the
vacation of Bruno Avenue between Tate Avenue and Weld County Road
33 , located in Country Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to refer this request
to the Engineering Department for its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the petition
requesting the vacation of Bruno Avenue between Tate Avenue and
Weld County Road 33 , located in Country Estates Subdivision, be,
and hereby is, referred to the Engineering Department for its
recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
April, A.D. , 1985 .
