RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1285 - LOIS FLASCHE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 15th day of April, 1987 , considered the request of Lois Flasche for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land located on Lot 15, High Country Farms, being more particularly described as follows: Part of the SW4 of the SEh, Section 22, Township 6 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 3) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan.
