There has been a voluntary contribution in the amount of $2, 337 .33 from owners of properties adjacent to the District, equivalent to three lots ' assessment. The check was received by this department and delivered to Claud Hanes, Weld County Comptroller. The cost to be borne by the district was $96,609.76. Subtracting the Wilson's contribution, the revised cost to the district should be $94,272.43. With the 121 lots in Northmoor, and the apportionment to be divided equally among each lot, the revised assessment for each lot should be $779. 11.
