RE: APPROVAL OF ADDENDUMS TO AGREEMENTS BETWEEN WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO, AND FRANK BRADLEY ALLEN AND RONALD SCHWARTZ FOR
APPRAISAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County has entered into Agreements with various
appraisers for Commercial Appraisal Services, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Addendums to the
Agreements with Frank Bradley Allen and Ronald Schwartz , copies of
which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS, the Board, after study and review, deems it
advisable to approve said Addendums to the Agreements for
Commercial Appraisal Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Addendums to the
Agreements for Commercial Appraisal Services with Frank Bradley
Allen and Ronald Schwartz be, and hereby are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Addendums.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .

ADDENDUM
CONTRACT APPRAISER
WHEREAS, an agreement dated February 6, 1985 and amended June 5, 1985,
was entered into by Frank Bradley Allen, hereinafter called the "Contractor"
and County of Weld, hereinafter called the "County", to provide commercial
appraiser services.
Both parties hereby agree to amend the Compensation paragraph that
reads, "The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement
shall not exceed the sum of $11,000 plus mileage",
to read as follows:
"The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement
shall not exceed the sum of $11,281 plus mileage."
All other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this amended
agreement as of the 21st day of August, 1985.

ADDENDUM
CONTRACT APPRAISER
WHEREAS, an agreement dated November 19, 1985 and amended June 5,
1985, was entered into by Ronald Schwartz, hereinafter called the
"Contractor" and County of Weld, hereinafter called the "County", to
provide commercial appraiser services.
Both parties hereby agree to amend the Compensation paragraph that
reads, "The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement
shall not exceed the sum of $16,400 plus mileage",
to read as follows:
"The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement
shall not exceed the sum of $17,712 plus mileage."
All other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this amended
agreement as of the 21st day of August, 1985.
