RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW - TOA, AMERICAN GAS PRODUCTS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
-WHEREAS , on March 12 , 1986 , a hearing was conducted to
consider the request of TOA, American Gas Products for a Use by
Special Review for a gas processing facility, and
WHEREAS, only three Commissioners were present at said
hearing, and a request was received that the hearing be continued
to March 19 , 1986 , when all five Commissioners will be present,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said
hearing to March 19 , 1986 , at 2: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the request of TOA, American Gas Products for a Use by
Special Review for a gas processing facility be , and hereby is ,
continued to March 19 , 1986 , at 2: 00 p.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
March, A.D. , 1986.

A public hearing was conducted on March 12, 1986, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner
Commissioner U.W. Kirby - Excused
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi - Excused
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, Gloria V. Dunn
The following business was transacted:
1 hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 24, 1986, and
duly published February 27, 1986, in the Johnstown -Breeze, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the request of TOA, American Gas
_Products for a Use by Special Review for a gas processing ₹acility.
_Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record.
Ken Lind, attorney for the applicant, came forward and requested that,
since only three Commissioners were present today, this matter be
continued to March 19, 1986, when all Commissioners will be present.
Commissioner Brantner moved to continue this hearing to March 19, 1986,
at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Lacy seconded the motion which carried
unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 17th day of March, 1986.
