RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION OF OCTOBER 11 , 1989 , CONCERNING
AUTHORIZATION FOR DEMOLITION OR REPAIR OF DANGEROUS BUILDING
- OSCAR AND HAZEL SULLIVAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 11 , 1989, the Board considered and
approved authorization for the demolition or repair of a dangerous
building on property described as part of the S}NW} of Section 29,
Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, said property being owned by Oscar and Hazel Sullivan,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the building has
been repaired and is no longer in violation, and
WHEREAS, the Board now deems it advisable to rescind said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution of
October 11 , 1989, authorizing the demolition or repair of a
dangerous building on the hereinabove described property owned by
Oscar and Hazel Sullivan be, and hereby is, rescinded because the
building has been repaired and is no longer in violation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .
