RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST OF MICHAEL
AND SANDIE PALLOTTO FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on the 24th day of February, 1988 , at the hour of 2 :00
p.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering
the request of Michael and Sandie Pallotto for a Special Review
permit for a single family dwelling unit on a parcel less than the
minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and
WHEREAS, there being only three Commissioners present at said
hearing, Michael Pallotto, one of the applicants, requested that
said hearing be continued, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it appropriate to continue said
hearing to February 29 , 1988, at 9 :30 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the request of Michael and Sandie Pallotto for a Special
Review permit be, and hereby is, continued to February 29 , 1988 ,
at 9 :30 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
February, A.D. , 1988 .

A public hearing was conducted on February 24, 1988, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:

Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi

The following business was transacted:
Prior to this hearing, Commissioner Lacy was selected as Acting
Chairman.
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 8, 1988, and
duly published February 11, 1988, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the request of Michael and Sandie
Pallotto for a Special Review permit for a single family dwelling unit
on a parcel less than the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of
record. Mr. Morrison advised the applicants that approval of this
request requires three affirmative votes and, with only three
Commissioners being present, they had the option of requesting a
continuance until more Commissioners will be present or proceeding with
today's hearing. Mike Pallotto came forward and requested that this
matter be continued to Monday morning. Commissioner Johnson moved to
continue this hearing to Monday, February 29, at 9:30 a.m. Seconded by
Commissioner Yamaguchi, the motion carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 29th day of February, 1988.

NOTICE
Pursuant to the zoning laws of the State of Colorado and the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board
of County _Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, Weld County Centennial
Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley, Color-ado, at the time
specified. All persons in any manner interested in the Special Review
permit are requested to attend and may be heard.
Should the applicant or any interesten party desire the presence of a court
reporter to -make a _record of the proceedings, in addition to the taped
record which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to the Board's
Office can be contacted for a list of certified court -reporters in the area.
If a court reporter is -obtained, the Clerk to the Board's Office shall be
advised in writing of such action at least five days prior to the hearing.
The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting
party.
