RE: GRANT REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT PLAT CONCERNING
RECORDED EXEMPTION #779 - JAMES AND NORMA CHITTENDEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , in August, 1985 , James and Norma Chittenden were
granted Recorded Exemption #779 by the Planning Department staff,
and
WHEREAS, said approval was granted subject to the applicants
submitting a plat within 60 days for recording purposes, and
WHEREAS, the applicants are now requesting an extension of
time in order to obtain said plat, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to grant James and
Norma Chittenden an additional 30 days to submit said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that James and Norma
Chittenden be, and hereby are, granted an additional 30 days,
until July 18 , 1986 , to submit the plat for Recorded Exemption
#779 for recording purposes.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
June, A.D. , 1986 .

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chittenden:
Nine months have passed since the County approved the above-referenced land
split on your property. A condition of the approval was that the recorded
exemption plat be submitted within sixty (60) days of approval.
It will be necessary for you to submit the recorded exemption plat to the
Department of Planning Services for recording no later than June 1, 1986.
If the plat is not submitted by that date, the case will be closed and the
land split will become invalid.
