Services' staff reviewed your request and determined that the drilling of a
well and location of a 500 barrel tank and separator on the well site would
not be considered a major change to USR-626.

Dear Mr. Schutt :
Martin Exploration is proposing to drill a gas well at a
location indicated on the plat . All owners of the property have
consented to the drilling of the well. Drilling will take ap-
proximately eight days . Completion of the well will occur within
one month of drilling and take approximately two days.
The permanent well facility will include a 500-barrel tank
separator and well head within a 100 ' x 100 ' area located on the
plat .
