JOHNSON AND SONS WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , on the 5th day of December, 1984 , the Board approved Recorded Exemption No. 726 for Bruce A. Johnson and Sons concerning property located in the SE4, Section 33 , Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a corrected plat for Recorded Exemption No. 726 , which includes a thirty foot right-of-way adjacent to the southern boundary of Lot A of said Recorded Exemption, and WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the corrected plat for Recorded Exemption No. 726 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the corrected plat for Recorded Exemption No. 726 , including a thirty foot right-of-way adjacent to the southern boundary of Lot A of said Recorded Exemption be, and hereby is, approved.
