RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1016 - K & C RV, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 15th day of May, 1985 , considered the request of
K & C RV, Inc. for a mobile home to be used as more than one
mobile home as an accessory use, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in a
Commercial-Three Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the NW4, Section 23 , Township 3 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic
permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test
requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 3)
The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of K & C
RV, Inc. for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more
than one mobile home as an accessory use on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section
43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is , granted
subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

Mr. Ken Williamson, the applicant, is requesting a second mobile home to be
placed on the north 5 acres of the commercial parcel for security purposes.
This portion of the site is presently undeveloped. The Department of
Planning Services has received one objection to this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.

DOMESTIC WATER AGREEMENT

statutory water district , hereinafter referred to as the District , is
upon the following terms and conditions:

I , This agreement shall be binding contract between Us.tr osid the District.
2. User hereby agrees to pay to the District such sum as may be pre+,cribed
from time to time by the Board of Directors as the water rate or charge for
such water service. Payment shall start when the District installs the tap
and water is available for delivery. A minimum payment as prescribed from
time to time by the Board of Directors of the District, shall be due and
payable regardless of water use.
3. Until paid, all rates, tolls, or charges shall constitute a perpetual
lien on and against the property served, and any such lien may be foreclosed
in the same manner as provided by the laws of the State of Colorado for the
foreclosure of mechanic's lien. The District shall shut off or discontinue
service for delinquencies in the payment of such rates , tolls or charges.
and prescribe and enforce rules and regulations for the connection with and
the disconnection from properties of the facilities of the District.
4. No water service may be obtained except upon property included within
the boundaries of the District . User further agrees that he will not permit
other persons to use water furnished to him under this agreement.
5. District agrees to furnish water to User PROVIDED, that the District
shall not he liable for, loss to User for failure to deliver water because of

Please consider our application for a second modular home
to be placed upon the northern five acres of our property
for security reasons. The present modular home is at the
southeast corner. At present we have three million dollars
of merchandise stored outside. The people living on the
property at present are not always here nor can they view
over half of the lot . The additional home will provide full
coverage of the lot and provide the security needed.
We are also considering roadbasing the northern five acres
for customer storage of recreational vehicles. We would
fence and light this area but the additional home
would be needed because of the large area involved and the
dollar value of outside items . We have had many windows
shot out . The latest was only a few days ago. Thank you
for your consideration in this matter.
