RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF DON JOHNSON AND ANN GARRISON TO THE WELD
COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Johnson be
appointed to said Commission, to replace Steve Hamilton, at-large
representative, with his term to expire July 31 , 1986 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Ann Garrison be
appointed to said Commission, representing the at-large position,
with her term to expire July 31 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Don Johnson
and Ann Garrison to the Weld County Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Don Johnson be, and
hereby is, appointed to an at-large position on the Weld County
Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31 , 1986 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ann Garrison be, and
hereby is, appointed to an at-large position on the Weld County
Planning Commission, with her term to expire July 31 , 1988.

BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY BOARD
Roger Amundson - has been reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory
Board. Roger will continue to represent the North Colorado Home Builders.
His term of office will begin on August 30, 1985 and will expire on
,April 10, 1988.
Mary Jenson - has been reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory Board
He will continue to represent the Weld County Home Builders Assoc.
His term of office will begin August 30, 1985 and will expire on April
10, 1988.
PLANNING COMMISSION
Don Johnson - has been appointed to the Planning Commission. Don will
fill the term vacated by Steve Hamilton. He is an at-large representative.
His term of office will begin August 30, 1985 and will expire on July 31,
1986.

Dear Jackie:
It is with deep regret that I must tender my resignation on the
Planning Commission. I have accepted a full time position and will
not be able to attend the Planning Commission hearings.
I would like to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I have
spent with -the Planning Commission. If at some future date the
situation changed that I can serve the County again, I will certainly
make application again for it.
Thank you County Commissioners for your trust and belief in my
ability.
