RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 976 - JOE MILLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 6th day of February, 1985 , considered the request
of Joe Miller for a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile
home as an accessory to a farm, and
WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the NWn , Section 27 , Township 3 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions : 1) the applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic
permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test
requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior
to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the well is supplying water in such a manner as to
be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the
proposed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until
such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned
conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Joe
Miller for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more
than one mobile home as an accessory to a farm on the above
described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with
Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is,
granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.

recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:
1. All zoning permits for mobile homes as accessory uses are temporary.
Such permits shall automatically expire and the mobile home shall be
removed upon the cessation of the use of the mobile home as an accessory
use; and
2. A zoning permit for more than one mobile home in the "A" Agricultural
Zone District as an accessory use may be issued only upon approval by the
Board of County Commissioners.

Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are required
to be eligible for this permit:
1. The mobile home will be occupied by persons customarily employed at or
engaged in the operation of the use where the mobile home is located;
2. The mobile home is necessary for the effective and economic operation of
the use and/or protection of the agricultural use;
