Re: USR-588:83:51
Dear Mr. Barr:
This letter is written in response to your request to allow the storage of
repossessed recreational vehicles on the above referenced Use by Special
Review permit area.
The staff reviewed your request and determined that the proposed use would
not be a major change from the present permitted use. In this situation,
the staff will consider recreational vehicles to fall into the same
classification as mobile homes.
Please continue to maintain compliance with the fifteen Operation Standards
which govern the Use by Special Review permit. The recreational vehicles
must be placed on the site and kept there in accordance with all standards
that now apply to mobile homes.
If I may assist you further, please let me know.
Sincerely,
! .‘f'7,f__A— /64.1---4,-------

Dear Ms . Dunn:
My property is located at 1492 County Road 11 in Weld County,
plat registration number USE 588:83 :51 . To survive, I need

to add this to the present zoning of the storage facility .
Thank you for a quick response .
