RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF $200 . 00 TO WELD COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE BY THE MOOSE LODGE, 3456 11TH AVENUE, EVANS,
COLORADO 80620
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Moose Lodge has donated $200 .00 , which is to be
deposited in the Operations Department K-9 Account, for use by the
Weld County Sheriff' s Office and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of
$200 .00 by the Moose Lodge, 3456 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado
80620 , be , and hereby is, accepted and designated for use by the
Weld County Sheriff 's Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
the Moose Lodge.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
April, A.D. , 1988 .

RE Acceptance of Donation
I am requesting that the Board of County Commissioners formally accept
by Resolution a $200 donation from the Moose Lodge, 3456 11th Avenue,
Greeley, CO. 80620.
This donation will be deposited in the Operations Department K-9 account,
01-2111-6220-K-9.
I am also requesting a letter of appreciation from the Board.
