RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REVIEW OF DUST BLOWING
COMPLAINT - BERYL WILLITS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board, at its regular meeting on May 31 , 1989,
considered a complaint conerning dust blowing from property
located in the S1/2 of Section 30, and the N3/4 of Section 31 ,
Township 9 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, owned by Beryl Willits, and
WHEREAS, the Board approved Findings and Order concerning
dust blowing from said property and scheduled a review hearing for
September 11 , 1989, and
WHEREAS, said hearing was continued to September 18, 1989, to
receive a report from the Soil Conservation District, and
WHEREAS, at the regular Board meeting Of September 18, 1989,
the Board was advised that Beryl Willits is in compliance with the
above mentioned Findings and Order; therefore, the Board deemed it
advisable to dismiss said hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the review hearing
concerning the dust blowing complaint on the hereinabove described
property be, and hereby is, dismissed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
September, A.D. , 1989 .
