Re: Minor changes to USR-520
Dear Mr. Shebesta:

Thank you for your letter of August 25. The Department of Planning
Services' staff has reviewed your request to locate a mobile home on
USR-520. The mobile home would be used as a residence for persons employed
at or engaged in the kennel operation. The Department of Planning Services
staff has determined that this would be considered a minor change to the
approved USR-520.
To locate the mobile home, you would need to obtain approval of a Zoning
Permit for a Mobile Home, accessory to farm, and the appropriate building
permit. I have enclosed a copy of a Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home
Procedural Guide and an application form.

Dear Sirs:
I am writing for information on a mobile home permit. Keith
Schuett from planning and zoning advised me to write to you.
The reason I need a permit is due to the death of my father.
Five years ago my father and mother obtained a special use
permit for dog kennels. In order for my mother to keep her
business and home, she will need me (her son) to move onto
the place for assistance.
