HomeMy WebLinkAbout861095.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1232 - JOE SALAZAR WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 12th day of November, 1986 , considered the request of Joe Salazar for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lots 29 and 32, Kersey Colony, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) the mobile home shall not he occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions.
