RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER BOARD
OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Bernard Wolach be
reappointed to said Board of Trustees , with his term to expire
January 8 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Dr. Bernard Wolach to
the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Bernard Wolach
be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Colorado Medical
Center Board of Trustees .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1987 .
