Home My WebLink About851138.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN TITLES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has authorized an equipment sale to be held on September 21 , 1985 , and WHEREAS , the Accounting Department has identified, on Exhibit "A" , the pieces of equipment no longer needed by Weld County and recommended to be sold, a copy of said Exhibit being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby declare all items listed on Exhibit "A" as surplus property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the sale of all items listed on Exhibit "A" at the equipment auction to be held September 21 , 1985 .
