RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY TAX
SALE CERTIFICATE NO. 180/1983 TO ROBERT V. FRANK - IMPS ONLY
MH PT SHUPE & ROBTS 1ST ANNEX CENTRAL 74-ACE 7079
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No.
180/1983 to Robert V. Frank, on improvements only, as the
improvements thereon were destroyed by fire, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate No. 180/1983 as requested by
the Weld County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be and hereby is, authorized to cancel said
County Tax Sale Certificate No. 180/1983 to Robert V. Frank.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
March, A.D. , 1988 .
