t RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FROM ELLSWORTH E. AND DONNA M. ZOLLER; DAN C. AND KATHLEEN L. WACKER; REUBEN R. AND ESTHER HOFFMAN; MILDRED H. CRESSWELL AND COMPANY; AND CHESTER C. CRESSWELL AND COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Deeds from Ellsworth E. and Donna M. Zoller; Dan C. and Kathleen L. Wacker; Reuben R. and Esther Hoffman; Mildred H. Cresswell and Company; and Chester C. Cresswell and Company for the construction of Bridge 29/62B, and WHEREAS, said Deeds concern properties located in the W} of Section 22, and the SEI and NE$ of Section 21, all in Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said Deeds, copies being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deeds from Ellsworth E. and Donna M. Zoller; Dan C. and Kathleen L. Wacker; Reuben R. and Esther Hoffman; Mildred H. Cresswell and Company; and Chester C. Cresswell and Company be, and hereby are, accepted.
