RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY TAX
LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE 177/85
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested authorization to cancel County Tax Lien Sale Certificate
177/85, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to cancel said Tax Lien Sale Certificate as requested by the Weld
County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer be, and hereby is, authorized to cancel said
County Tax Lien Sale Certificate.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
August, A.D. , 1989 .
