RE : APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WINDSOR-SEVERANCE PEST CONTROL
DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County , Colorado, and
WHEREAS , vacancies currently exist on the Windsor-Severance
Pest Control District Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Elmer Deines and
Richard Schlagel be appointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to appoint the above
named individuals to the Windsor-Severance Pest Control District
Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Elmer Deines and
Richard Schlagel be , and hereby are, appointed to the
Windsor-Severance Pest Control District Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
February , A.D. , 1986 .

Dear Weld County Board of County Commissioners ,
Two members of the Windsor-Severance Pest Control District Advisory
Board have requested to be taken off the advisory board. Their names and
addresses are as follows :
Cedric Pineda Ken Nelson

A letter from Cedric Pineda requesting to be taken off the advisory board
is enclosed.
I would like to request that both board members be replaced by the two
people listed below. Both have already been contacted by a remaining board
member and both have agreed to serve on the board at the Commissioners
pleasure. Their names and addresses are as follows :
