RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER SERVICE PLAN -
PINE LAKE SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 12 , 1986 , a public hearing was held to
consider the Service Plan for the proposed Pine Lake Sanitation
District, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said
hearing to December 1 , 1986, at 10: 00 a.m. to allow Donald and Pat
Carlson , owners of the property within the proposed District, to
submit a financial statement prepared by a Certified Public
Accountant and, if possible, a loan commitment from a lending
institution for study by the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the Service Plan of the proposed Pine Lake Sanitation
District be, and hereby is, continued to December 1 , 1986 , at
10: 00 a.m. , to allow Donald and Pat Carlson time to submit the
hereinabove mentioned financial documents to the Board prior to
said hearing date.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
November, A.D. , 1986 .
