RE: APPROVE CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Housing Authority has presented to
the Board a Certification of Project Completion for the 1984
Community Development Block Grant Program, and
WHEREAS, said Certification is to be approved by the Board
and submitted to the State Department of Local Affairs, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
approve the Certification of Project Completion, a copy of said
Certification being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the Certification of
Project Completion for the 1984 Community Development Block Grant
Program be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Certification.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
February, A.D. , 1988 .

I hereby certify that all activities undertaken with funds provided under the
above-identified Contract have, to the best of my knowledge, been carried out
in accordance with all provisions of the Contract. I also hereby confirm that
the total amount of CDBG funds expended under the Contract is $ 295,000.00 ,
as previously reported in the final Financial Status Report dated March 4 ,
192j_, and hereby agree that the State of Colorado has provided payments
totalling this amount and is under no obligation to make any additional payment
under the Contract.
